Setting The Timezone

Relationships in AuthorizationHub have begin and end dates, but sometimes you may need to enter a date based on a time in a different place. Imagine you have an office in another country and you need someone to have access when they start their new job at 9:00 AM. It's easier to simply change the timezone to the location, and enter 9:00 AM, than translate the time yourself.

# Changing The Timezone

Click the blue globe icon above the grid of relationship data.

This will present you with a list of timezones you can select. Start by typing the country or major city near you to filter down the list of places. Click on the one you want, and the list will be replaced with the blue globe and your selection.

When the timezone changes, the times in AuthorizationHub will be adjusted relative to that timezone. So here you can see that the relationship between the Marketing Administrator Role and Allie Hiller began at 3:58 AM relative to the time in Gibralter.
